First bring the tangri pieces of the chicken and put some cuts on them to cook fast.
Then marinate them with salt&pepper powder and cornflour .
Deep fry them for about ,5min.
Then get some garlic,ginger,onion,and some kaju.
Then cut them roughly and stir fry them with one drop oil for some times .
Grind them into paste.
Take a pan and put remaining oil on it and heat it.
Put the masala paste,chicken pieces and fry for about a minute .
Then add a cup of thick curd,1/2 tbsp suger,salt to test and kasuri methi ,cook for 10,15 min put some garam masala . finally chicken chatpata is ready.
